The Loveall Group is on YouTube
We took some time in January to reflect on the past year. Despite the tragedy of hurricane Ian that affected SWFL and so many of our family and friends, the Loveall Group had a very productive year in 2022. But we are firm believers in continuous improvement. We can always learn and grow to better serve our clients. Benjamin Franklin said it best, “Without continual growth and progress such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” With that thought in mind, we created goals to improve The Loveall Group in 2023. Most of the goals are typical – increase transactions, recruit new agents, and check email more often – But the one we are most excited about is increasing our social media presence, specifically on YouTube.

Most of our clients, friends and family don’t know we even have a YouTube channel. That’s most likely because we haven’t spent much time uploading videos in the past. Over the past few months we have begun recording and editing videos to boost the content on YouTube. We currently have video walkthroughs of homes in Wild Blue, Seasons, Verdana, and SkySail, with many more planned over the next few months. We are increasing our YouTube presence for a few reasons.
First, our clients can see video walkthroughs of houses in many of the new construction communities throughout Southwest Florida without even leaving their homes. This doesn’t replace going to visit the actual community and model home, but it helps our clients narrow down what type of house they may be interested in.
Second, our informational videos will provide valuable advice to our clients. Not everyone likes to read a pamphlet. Watching a video explaining the home selling process or why to get pre-qualified for a mortgage is extremely helpful to buyers and sellers.
Third, It’s another avenue to help more people. We love helping families enjoy southwest Florida! It’s a privilege to live here and we’re always happy to help others find an amazing home to enjoy our beautiful slice of paradise. We can generate leads through these videos. When someone watches a video or clicks on the link for more information we can reach out to prospective new clients.
And Lastly, who doesn’t like to look at videos of beautifully decorated homes? These videos are a great way to see the latest trends in home decorating and staging.
