Market Update – November 2022

September and October are typically slower months for real estate transactions in Southwest Florida and despite Hurricane Ian causing some disruption in coastal area markets, this year continues to show a steady real estate market across the area. September showed us an increase in inventory, but the average close price of houses remains higher than last year at this time.  With an increased inventory, it’s important to have a Real Estate agent who focuses on marketing your home.
